Review: i went to mugsys a while back, and i was very unhappy with the waitstaff. the sign at the front door said "please wait to be seated" so 10 minutes after standing by the door with the cold draft, my friends and i had to seat ourselves, clean our own table from the previous people that sat there with beer bottles and a dirty ashtray that was almost overflowing, and get our own drinks. 3 different waitress's only came to our table to check ids. no one took empty beer bottles or emptied the ashtray that we set at the open end of the table so she would know to take them. i asked for a manager, but no one came. i was completely disgusted!

Review: I went to Harbor Inn in hopes of a nice restaurant with good food and good service. The food was great! The non-smoking side was nice and smoke free, couldn't smell smoke from the other side, which was very nice for a restaurant that size with such an open floor plan. But for some reason, Monroe seems to lack good service at some of there restaurants. And substandard service was what i got from Harbor Inn. The owner is very nice and egar to take care of the customers, while the lunch time waitress aren't so much. Long story short. It seemed to me that the only patrons in the restaurant that received the excellent service were the men. So, my perception of this restaurant is if your a man your service will be over the top. If not, Ladies, expect to get your table neglected by the waitresses.
