FinditMonroe.com is a community Web site for Monroe County, Mich., operated by The Monroe Publishing Co. It provides members and visitors to our site a place to search, rate and review local businesses. Please read the rules contained in this agreement. Your use of and/or registration on any aspect of the Web site constitutes your agreement to comply with these rules.

Registration

Visitors eighteen years of age or older who agree to the Terms of Service may register and post content to the site. To register you will be asked to chose a username and provide a valid email address. You agree that the information you supply will be accurate and that you will not supply the email address of, or register under the name of, another person. We reserve the right to reject any username we deem offensive or inappropriate.

Posting reviews

All users must follow the basic rules below. We reserve the right to moderate all content prior to posting it. We reserve the right to modify, delete or move any content, and to terminate the accounts of anyone who repeatedly violates these rules. If your review is too brief, to long or violates the rules, you may be asked by administration to modify your review before it goes live.

Business listings

Individuals who create or update a business account on FinditMonroe.com must be an authorized representative of the business and agree to provide only complete and accurate information about the business they represent.

Businesses may not use FinditMonroe.com to violate any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or any other intellectual property or proprietary right.

They also may not create multiple business accounts for the same business, or use any e-mail address that is not their own.

Reviews and business listings posted to FinditMonroe.com are not all screened or edited by us, and we make no claims as to the validity or accuracy of any content. Under no circumstances is the FinditMonroe.com or the Monroe Publishing Co. liable in any way for the content that is posted by users.
