Since the Phoenix theatres group took over in Monroe, I cannot stress how clean the theatre, and especially the restrooms (W), are now. They keep up on it and it is much nicer to be in the surroundings that are clean.
The workers are very efficient and also very nice. Everyone is very helpful, has a smile on their face and greets you with a warm hello. I appreciate that. The only and I mean only concern I have is the 3D movies. Twice I have had to exchange my glasses because they were not clean. When I returned my glasses both times, the person in charge apologized and was very helpful. Other than that, my experience is extremely positive.
