This place is great. My sister loves the Persian rolls from Monica's, but I'm in love with the cream sticks...YUM.
If you don't get there early...you don't get to pick the really good ones.
I say go early and go often!!
So many other donut shops in Monroe have closed up. Let's keep Monica's really busy so they will be around for a long time. (Because I need my cream stick fix at least twice a week...LOL) Yeah, I know...a moment on the lips...yada yada....but they are soooo good.

Very good and rather huge donuts. They also can make a GIANT donut on special order. I had one made for someone and it was 12" across and about 3-4" high. It was an actual donut with a hole in the center that was glazed. They ought to call them a donutzilla. I think they could sell many of these if they had one on display. Mine was $10 I think but a memorable gift and then some. It would feed ten people. They put it in a cake box.

Wow! The donuts are huge and very tasty, and at only $1 each, they are a good value. Very filling as well. I've had some wedding cake from here as well, and it was absolutely delicious.

Whenever we have guests from out of town, we always make a trip to Monica's so we can brag about this gem!

Monicas has the best donuts in the county...no comptetition...that we've found anyway! You've got to get there early or take your chances, that's my only complaint.
